Every trade document, read once and reconciled.
Sanchik opens the bundle of paperwork that travels with every shipment, separates the invoices, packing lists and waybills inside it, extracts what they say, and proves whether they agree — before anyone keys in a single number.
A file of documents.
That is what every shipment really is: an invoice, a packing list and a waybill bound into one file, each telling part of the same story. Sanchik — pronounced sun-chik — reads the whole file and checks that the story is consistent.
The problem
Trade paperwork doesn't arrive one document at a time.
A waybill, an invoice and a packing list, scanned and sent together as a single file.
Nine invoices can sit inside eighteen pages, each needing its own record.
Once from the invoice, once from the packing list — then someone checks they match.
How it works
From a bundled PDF to a verified record, in five steps.
- 1
Separate
One PDF is split into the documents inside it — air waybill, invoices, packing lists — even when several share a page.
- 2
Read
Sanchik's own layout engine reads each document first. Azure AI is called only when that reading falls short.
- 3
Check
A deterministic quality gate tests every candidate: headers present, lines complete, arithmetic that adds up.
- 4
Reconcile
Invoice quantities are matched against the packing list, and every difference is shown, not smoothed over.
- 5
Review
A person approves the result. Every correction recalculates validation and reconciliation immediately.
Principles
What Sanchik will never do.
In trade finance and customs, a confident wrong answer costs more than an honest gap.
Invent a unit of measure
If the document doesn't say PCS, neither does Sanchik. Missing stays missing.
Mistake a carton for a line item
Packing rows stay packing rows, even when the extraction engine reports them as items.
Claim a match it can't prove
No packing list means Not available — never a quiet Matched.
Overwrite a human's correction
Reprocessing never replaces work a reviewer has already done.
Coverage
Fifteen document types, one vocabulary.
Anything Sanchik can't place with confidence is filed as Other — never forced into the wrong category.
Your next shipment is already a sanchika.
Let Sanchik read it.
